Terms & Conditions

These terms cover use of our website and the work we carry out for our customers.

1. About us

These terms are issued by Built 2 Last Driveways, 3 The Mill, Stuart Works, High Street, Stourbridge, DY8 4FA. Contact: 07394 547011 · built2lastdriveway@icloud.com.

2. Website use

The content on this website is provided for information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every material name, price indication or process detail will apply to your specific project — the quote we issue after a site visit is the definitive document.

3. Quotes

Written quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued unless we tell you otherwise. Quotes are based on the site conditions observed at the time of survey; if hidden ground conditions, drainage issues or access constraints come to light once work has started, we will discuss any impact with you before proceeding.

4. Payments

We offer staged payment plans on installation work — you never pay for a stage that has not been completed. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer or cash. Any deposit taken is set out in writing on your quote or job sheet.

5. Workmanship guarantee

Every installation is covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee. This covers the way the work has been carried out and does not cover damage caused by third parties, unreasonable use, vehicle overloading beyond the specified use of the surface, or acts outside our control.

6. Materials

Manufacturer warranties for materials such as resin, porcelain, block paving and artificial grass are those of the manufacturer (for example VUBA, Marshalls, Brett, Bradstone, Tobermore) and are passed through to you.

7. Insurance

We hold public liability insurance covering work carried out on site. Evidence can be provided on request before work starts.

8. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule agreed works, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; where materials have been ordered specifically for your project, reasonable costs may apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
